Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are Dr. Idriss products safe for sensitive skin?

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Dr. Idriss is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
