At Dr. Idriss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
